		<description>I've seen report after report where some journalist is reviewing a new poll, study or what-have-you that says employee satisfaction is at an all-time low, and it's heavily skewed to us Gen Xers and younger.  I agree with you, and have felt that way for some time.  Corporations, governance, it seems that it is a rare occasion when the younger crowd is given a little breathing room, the chance to really succeed.  It's frustrating: I could be doing so much more for my company and enjoy my job a lot more, but it's politically improper at this time (read: I don't have the clout to get an opportunity, without which I can't get clout).</description>
